Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To request a return, contact hello@booboocooler.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns must be approved before being sent back. If accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately so we can make it right.

For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact hello@booboocooler.com.
